The space
Air-conditioned throughout with additional heating both upstairs and downstairs, this two-story residence offers comfort and luxury. Upstairs, discover 4 bedrooms, 3 of which boast stunning lake views. The master bedroom features an en-suite with a large shower and captivating lake vistas. Conveniently located on this level is also the main bathroom. The fourth bedroom and sunroom/study area overlook the inviting resort-style pool, with the sunroom spilling out onto a balcony offering delightful pool views and a cooling breeze from its open-plan design.
The downstairs layout comprises open-plan living spaces including a modern kitchen, separate dining, a media area, and a spacious lounge room complemented by a slow combustion fire for cozy winter nights.
